Matthew Stubbs
Founder and Managing Director

Matt has always had a passion for real estate. After completing his degree in Commerce, he obtained two separate master’s degrees in property development and property investment. Coincidentally, he was completing his master’s thesis on property cycles when the US market crashed in 2009 which prompted him to move immediately to the US.

Matt moved to Kansas City and learned the business from the ground up. Through trial and error and a misstep or two Matt learned how to successfully invest in the US market and developed his team of skilled professionals to assist him. He now owns and manages a substantial portfolio of properties in the area, and has helped dozens of Australians realize their dreams of financial independence and wealth.

Matt credits his success to his savvy and dedicated team focused on bringing value 24/7.

Mike – US Attorney

Michael provides a flexible approach for international investors of US Real Estate that delivers a superior level of efficiency, productivity and customer service. His knowledge and experience in the areas of Real Estate, Banking, Contracts and entity formation makes him a key to our operations in the United States. Michael seeks to find ways to simplify his client’s life and keep each client safe in their Real Estate Investment endeavours.

Sean – Property Manager

Sean is one of the original members of the InvestUSA team. He has an innate ability to source quality tenants and takes great pride in his work as a property manager. Sean is a team player who gets great satisfaction out of solving problems and mitigating risk for our investors. Sean is clearly a leader in his field and we are very fortunate to have him as our property manager.

Joe – Property Manager

With over 20 years experience as a Property Manager Joe understands the importance of maintaining strong relationships both with his clients and tenants. An investor himself we get great value from Joe’s local knowledge and strict criteria for ensuring there are no foreseeable headaches for the end investor. Unlike the typical property manager in the United States Joe is a great communicator and is able to prevent unnecessary costs through utilizing his skills as a handyman.

Mark – Accountant

Mark Conner has been a practicing accountant for ten years. He got his start in the forensic accounting department of Clifton Gunderson, which is now CliftonLarsonAllen, one of top ten largest firms in the United States. After he obtained his CPA license, he began to focus on more traditional accounting, which included tax and financial statement attest functions – audit, compilation, and review. This experience translated to helping individuals and small business owners not only succeed, but preserve the fruits of their labor.

Today, foreign investors make up a significant portion of Mark’s client base. Among the services Mark provides are tax return preparation, application for U. S. tax identification number, correspondence with taxing authorities, and financial reporting. He also works closely with the accounting team in Australia to monitor portfolio performance, as well to implement management and reporting systems.

Most of all Mark is a genuine person who takes an honest and committed approach towards his clients. He is committed to providing accurate, timely information at a reasonable charge, usually far lower than other U. S.-based accounting firms.

Scott – Operations

Scott has been working closely with our company to serve our vision of connecting international investors with turnkey real estate in the United States. His knowledge, experience and connections in the industry have formed the backbone of our team in Chicago. Scott’s honest and realistic approach to commercial real estate and emphasis on building and maintaining long standing relationships make him a perfect fit for our team.

Lee Ann

Lee Ann has been in the field of title business since 2007, she makes sure title transfers smoothly and its clear. She also work hand in hand with lenders to make sure accurate documents are filed. Lee Ann has been with us since our first deal and continues to play a vital role coordinating the real estate Closings.
